Hey, guys! I hope you have read my previous article in which I shared my story of How I forced my friend to buy OPPO A57. This article is just going to be the extension of that article. In this, I’m going to write my reviews on OPPO A57 smartphone. The review is 100% authentic and honest. Just to make it clear, it is not a paid review although it contains some affiliate links.?

Build Quality
It seems like this phone has been moulded in one piece from the metal. Its build quality is excellent. It feels like a premium class mobile phones and has a matte finish which makes it easy to handle. You wouldn’t need any extra protection to increase the grip on the phone. The phone feels premium in your hand just like any other premium phones. It looks beautiful especially on a girl’s hand ;). The weight and size of the mobile are adequate. You can carry this mobile with you for longer duration because of its light weight. It has a good build quality and you cannot expect anything more at this price range.
Camera
One of the most attracting features is its camera. It is a selfie camera phone. The reason is because most of the smartphones have a better rear camera but oppo has changed this trend. It offers 16 MP Beatifying selfie front facing camera which is capable of taking some high-quality photos. It also offers background blur features which is quite good, not good as two lens camera but not that bad either. It gives you value for your money. It has a screen flash instead of front flash. It is maybe because front flash reduces the originality of the pictures which is not the case with the screen flash. I found that the screen flash is lacking in strength. You will have to bring the camera close to your face otherwise the image comes out grainy.
It comes with a 13 MP Shooter at the back. The A57 uses Sony’s extremely light-sensitive Stacked CMOS sensor, as well as PDAF (Phase Detection Auto Focus) technology. It offers great picture quality and natural colours in daylight. The images taken in the low light was not as good as compared to the ones taken in daylight. Though they are not bad. It has a bright flash capable of capturing images from more than 6 feet. Focusing speed of the camera is also pretty good. It can help to capture fast moving objects. These pics were taken inside of a room casually. All and all it has a pretty decent camera which is capable of taking some high-quality images at daylight. It is a good deal at this price range when it comes to the camera.
Screen
I have personally found it one of the top quality display screens from many mobiles at this price range. It comes with (5.2-inch) IPS TFT capacitive touchscreen with HD 1280 x 720 pixels resolution and 16M colour support which makes it pleasure for eyes to watch movies and videos. It is made of Corning’s Gorilla Glass 4 which is the latest in the market till date. Touch and feel of the screen are also pretty good. You will feel great while watching a video in this mobile. It is fantastic, no doubt about it.
RAM & ROM
Let’s talk about its memory. It has 3 GB RAM and 32 GB ROM (internal storage) which you will experience once you take it in your own hands and begin by starting multiple application. I have tested it with more than 35 applications running simultaneously and it was capable of handling them all. It never lagged. That is something I expect from all the smartphones.

Features and OS
Oppo A57 comes with a finger scanner which is used to unlock your phone and application. The response time for finger print scanner is amazingly fast. It feels like it takes less than 10 millisecond. It feels instant. I was really amazed by this feature. I even compared the speed with my LeeCo 1s and it was very fast. Also, finger print scanner uses hydrophobic zirconium surface which makes it work on the slightest of the touch. Even if your hands are little moist.
It is based on Android 6.0, ColorOS 3.0 is seamlessly responsive, providing a smooth, steady and lightweight experience. It also takes care of the battery life by optimising different processes in the background.
It comes with a lot of photo editing features inbuilt which helps you to take a beautiful picture on the go without having to download a bunch of different applications for that task. Thus makes it faster and efficient.
Conclusion
I would recommend this phone to everyone, especially girls because the kind of build this mobile has really complimented a girl better than boys (my personal views). There are very few mobiles in the market which offers this much with premium quality at this price range I would definitely recommend you to buy this smartphone. You won’t regret your decision. Whenever I meet her, I take her mobile and start taking pictures of myself. Well, the camera really offers you instant Instagram uploadable images (as you seen above). That will make every girl lint towards it a little more 😀
